Mandolin Media is a Bangkok, Thailand based video, photo and film agency.
Our team are experts at what they do, and unlike other agencies, you'll be able to talk directly to us, the creative team.
We are specialised in production, and handle all aspects of the process. We are experts at telling the story of a project, company or brand. Our work focuses on NGOs and charity films, documentaries, TVCs, online commercials and events.
With a flexible production style and diverse experience, Mandolin Media can meet the communicative needs of a broad range of clients to a high production standard.
Our team speaks English, Thai, French, Spanish, Burmese, Filipino and Russian.
Our work has won awards at international film festivals and featured on cinemas, national Television, major events and across social media.
The Team
Creative Director
Paul founded Mandolin Media in 2014 and has led numerous film, video and photo projects in the UK, Africa, India, the Middle East and SE Asia.
His work has aired on national television, screened in cinemas and featured at major events.

He's won several awards, including for feature length documentary Nanny Culture.
His short film on the abuse of female domestic workers has around 1 million views on YouTube.
With a lifelong passion for literature and stories, Paul gained a BA in International Journalism and worked as a journalist for a few years, but found himself increasingly interested in visual storytelling.
Assistant Creative Director

San is a talented creative with extensive experience in video and audio production.
​
He graduated from the Bangkok Film School in 2019 and shortly after joined Mandolin Media, becoming an integral member of the team.
​
San is well versed in working on projects from concept through to completion, including creative development, pre-production, production and post-production. He's worked on commercials, documentaries, event coverage, online series and livestreaming on social media and mobile apps.

Director of Photography
Yegor discovered his passion for filmmaking 15 years ago, and went on to learn his tradecraft at a local TV channel.
​
Yegor has worked in numerous roles during his career, becoming a production expert in the process and joined Mandolin Media in 2021.
​
His focus varies from online series and feature films to corporate and lifestyle videos. He's experienced with a wide range of gear from DSLRs to cinema cameras as well as drones and gimbals.
​
Yegor has filmed in the UAE, Russia, Hong Kong, Finland, Turkey, Sweden, Estonia and Thailand.
Producer​
​
Jayda lends her creative eye and well-organised mind to our projects, whether it be a photography shoot, documentary film or video commercial.
She has years of industry experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities, along with experience working as an accountant.

Jayda is on-hand to help our Creative Director manage the logistics and planning during pre-production, and also joins the crew to support production.
Videographer | Editor​
​
Peter is a Communications and Film graduate from universities in the Philippines and Thailand respectively.
Peter has worked as a video editor, photographer and graphic designer for over 7 years and has worked for numerous international and local projects including in the Philippines, UAE, United Kingdom, United States, and Thailand.
In 2021, Peter joined Mandolin Media with a focus on videography and advanced editing including graphic design and motion graphics.
Editor

Sam is a versatile video editor who can also work in a variety of fields with high flexibility, efficiency and creativity. His passion is in creating authentic and original content that provokes emotion.
A Media and Communications graduate, Sam is experienced with a number of editing programmes, and is highly creative with a dedication to attention to detail.

Sam joined Mandolin Media in 2021, and is an integral part of the team.

Editor | Photographer
Mook joined Mandolin Media in 2019, helping to establish the agency in Thailand. Her work ranges from storyboarding to advanced editing and motion graphics. She's experienced with news outlets and is currently creating marketing strategies and branding for clients.
​
Her recent projects relating to ABeam Consulting and CKPower were screened in IMAX, ICONSIAM. She's also a creative director at FabUK Magazine in London.
She graduated with First Class Honours from the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication, Thammasat University, and achieved a scholarship for her master's degree to study Digital Marketing at Loughborough University in London, England.
Hair and Makeup Artist

Asher is an established Make-up Artist and Manicurist with a creative yet classic eye.
In the last twelve years, her broad portfolio of clients has blossomed, a testament to her professionalism and enthusiasm.

Asher also has amble experience working alongside award winning production companies and film directors, as well as working with celebrities for the red carpet and on large scale live events.
DOP | Producer
Timothy is the co-founder of First and Ten Productions and FTEN X, Dubai's leading production house, working with entrepreneurs to produce online video and photo content. He has with his team executed over 2,000 projects, and their clients include Will Smith, The Vatican and Red Bull.
Timothy is Co-Host of the no 1 Business and Entrepreneur podcast on iTunes, Round Pegs and Square Holes, interviewing some of the worlds most inspiring entrepreneurs, industry experts, global business owners and best-selling authors.​
Timothy has worked with Mandolin Media's on several projects, and is available for high-end productions and automobile-focused shoots.
Photographer | Graphic Designer
Panakorn (Gam) graduated from the M.A. Design at University of Leeds, United Kingdom, and currently based both in Bangkok and Phuket, Thailand.
Her interests in photography started in 2009 and her passion in it has not decreased any day. Portraits are her particular favourite, as she enjoys seeing an individual story reflected through people’s eyes.

Panakorn has worked on a number of international projects focused on products, travel & leisure and portraiture.

At Mandolin Media, we own and operate all of our own equipment, ensuring no additional rental fees or hassle during production.
We use professional, industry standard kit, including a 4k drone for aerial shots, 4k cinema cameras, high quality lenses, lights, audio, stabilisation 3-axis gimbals and Adobe editing software with our top-end iMac editing suites.
